I have actually seen pictures of these exact same animals before so I knew it seemed familiar. It's some person who tromps around as a tourist trap. Search it on Google images. Here is one of

This guy was in Bisee AZ for a while... those animals stank and I question how well cared for they were. The guy was a glorified panhandler if you ask me.
RE tourwonk- they smelled really good yesterday. dude is clearly a skeev but, panhandlers don't entertain, thus he is a street performer not a panhandler. he also didn't ask for money, i offered if i could take a picture. also, you're kind of a debbie downer.
